If you have been requested to submit any documents and or pending payments towards your incomplete application you may use any of the below convenient options. Alternately please send the missing documents/ payment to the ICAC using your own courier service within the stipulated time frame.

You will need to make an online payment for services selected as applicable at the approved value add service rates and submit proof of payment as explained below.

1. As a first step, you need to convert the pending email notification or online tracking status either into PDF or JPEG file format and upload it as your first document This will help us to expediate your application processing.
2. To upload the document (s), enter the name of the document in the text field. Since you will be uploading the email notification as your first document hence name this document as “Email notification” and then click on browse button to upload it.
3. To upload the additional requested documents which are requested on the email notification/ online tracking, please click on “+” sign to add extra row. Follow the same process of entering the name of the document you are uploading then click on browse to upload the documents.
4. Once you finish uploading the requested document, you need to click on “submit button” for making the online payment.
5. Your request cum upload documents (if any) will be transmitted to the VFS Indian Consular application Centre only after successful payment. On successful payment you will see the reference number on the screen followed by an email notification sent to your email address giving information about the request ticket number. Always refer the ticket number along with your Govt. reference number when communicating to us.
6. Acceptable file formats allowed to be uploaded: You can upload either PDF or JPEG file formats only. Our system does not accept any other file formats..
Please upload one file per document, example if you are uploading multiple pages of the same document, then please make sure that all pages are under one PDF File.
7. The options to submit documents provided above are optional and if you prefer you can use your own courier service to submit the missing documents and payments by courier to the India Consular Application center where you submitted your application.
