Only civil status documents, which must be original extracts from the electronic database, issued by state registry offices, can be legalized.Each document has to be pre-certified by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. with each original document a German translation (from a translator) must be submitted, attached to a copy of the document. Neither copies, nor non-civil-status documents, nor non-database extracts, nor religious documents can be legalized. Documents issued before 01.01.2012 cannot be legalized. Also documents issued in Deir Ez Zor, Raqqa and Edlib after 18.11.2016, and in Hasaka between 18.11.2016-01.05.2019 cannot be legalized /
تصديق وثائق الحالة المدنية فقط، والتي يجب أن تكون مستخرجات أصلية من قاعدة البيانات الإلكترونية، وصادرة عن مكاتب السجلات الحكومية يجب أن تكون كل وثيقة معتمدة مسبقاً من قِبل وزارة الخارجية السورية .مع كل وثيقة أصلية، يجب تقديم ترجمة ألمانية )من مترجم(، مرفقةً مع نسخة من الوثيقة. . لا يمكن التصديق على النسخ أو وثائق الأحوال غير المدنية أو المستخرجات غير المتعلقة بقاعدة البيانات أو الوثائق الدينية. الوثائق الصادرة قبل تاريخ 01/01/2012 لا يمكن تصديقها. كما لا يمكن تصديق الوثائق الصادرة في دير الزور والرقة وإدلب بعد تاريخ 18/11/2016، وكذلك في الحسكة بين تاريخي 18/11/2016 و01/05/2019.

   Processing time of the legalization only takes one week, but please take into account that mail transit time from and to Germany may take up to 3 months / يستغرق وقت معالجة التصديق أسبوعاً واحداً فقط، ولكن يُرجى مراعاة أن وقت نقل البريد من ألمانيا وإليها قد يستغرق ما يصل إلى 3 أشهر.
